I founded Axon on a very simple principle, with which you are undoubtedly familiar : a small group of excellent people can deliver far more than an army of less able people. Adherence to that principle has enabled us to create a great company and has brought together a group of people I am privileged to be associated with. It has also enabled us to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients, some of whom we have been working with since we were a group of just 10 consultants.
